Shipping policy
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders placed on public holidays or Saturday/Sundays will be processed on the next business day (unless its a local delivery)
All apparel items are pre-order. These items will be shipped once the order has been delivered to us. This can take up to 3 weeks.
Where orders are placed with an item that is set to pre-order, the whole order will be shipped once the pre-ordered item/s have arrived.
Pick up is also available for orders, please wait for a message regarding when your order is ready for pick up.
Local delivery is available for $5 for those who live within 20km radius of Andrews Farm
During busier periods and unexpected changes these times may alter slightly.

We ship from Andrews Farm located in Adelaide, South Australia. We currently only ship to Australia/New Zealand. We only use Aus Post to send our orders.

Shipping Options for Australia are below:
- Standard Shipping - takes roughly 2-8 business days
- FREE Standard Shipping (spend $80 or more) - takes roughly 2-8 business days.
- Express Shipping - takes roughly 1-4 business days
- FREE Express Shipping (spend $120 or more) - takes 1-4 business days.
Local Pickup
If you select local pickup, you will receive a text message (to the number or email provided with your order) with what time frame you will be able to pickup your order and directions on where to go. Please wait for this text message to collect your order!
Local Delivery
A great option for those who live within a 20km radius of Andrews Farm. A great way to save on shipping costs. If you fall outside the area for local delivery, the option will not appear at checkout.
